2. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and service descriptions, is owned by or licensed to Wonder Party & Event Rental Inc. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any content without permission.
3. Limitation of Liability
By renting or using our equipment, you acknowledge that all event rentals—including but not limited to inflatables, tents, and concession machines—carry inherent risks. Wonder Party & Event Rental Inc. is not responsible for any injury, loss, damage, or death resulting from the use or misuse of our equipment. To the fullest extent permitted by Ontario law, you agree to release, waive, and discharge Wonder Party & Event Rental Inc., its staff, and affiliates from any and all liability, including that arising from ordinary negligence. You also agree to fully indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or legal actions resulting from the use of our equipment.
4. Service Appointments & Cancellations
Bookings require either a deposit or full payment. Deposits are fully refundable if the booking is cancelled at least 7 days before the event. Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled event forfeit the deposit. For bookings paid in full, the deposit portion is still non-refundable within that window, but the remaining balance may be refunded. Weather-related cancellations can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability. Refunds due to weather will only be issued if Wonder Party & Event Rental Inc. cancels the delivery. Additional fees may apply for late pickups, restricted access, or unsafe setup conditions. Customers must ensure the setup area is flat, clear of hazards, and provide continuous adult supervision while equipment is in use.
5. SMS & Communication Consent
By providing your phone number, you consent to receive text messages from Wonder Party & Event Rental Inc. regarding service updates, scheduling, or promotions.
You can opt out of SMS messages by replying “STOP” at any time. Standard messaging rates may apply.
Wonder Party & Event Rental sends text message updates and responses to party rental customers about pricing and products offered at www.wonderparty.ca. We confirm delivery information and send payment/booking confirmation links. After our service we send message with NPS surveys and review requests.
Mobile phone information is stored securely and will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
6. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of Ontario, Canada.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website or services implies acceptance of any revisions.
